CITY OF WINONA DELINQUENT TAXES

The City of Winona taxes are now being collected at the Tax Assessor/Collectors office. Moving forward starting with the 2022 tax year all City and County taxes will be mailed out from the County Tax Assessor/Collectors office, the tax rate for the county and the city will be on one statement, one statement per parcel will be mailed out as usual, and paid in one amount at the Tax Assessor/Collectors office.


The City of Winona will only be collecting prior year 2021 delinquent taxes at city hall. Current year taxes cannot be paid at the Tax Assessors/Collectors office until the prior year 2021 delinquent taxes are paid in full at City Hall in person or by phone, no online payments for delinquent taxes can be made.
